Foaming device for mixology, which enables you to obtain homogenous, stable foams and airs within seconds.
You can easily create small amounts - without using a blender. Choose either continuous work or precise instantaneous movements. Simply dissolve a portion of soy lecithin or another foaming agent, in a liquid and pour the mixture into a tall and narrow container.
Introduce the Foam Kit nozzle until it is fully submerged. The foam will start to form within few seconds. Turn on and off by swich the button and stay in total control of your production.
Work anywhere. with no plugs or cables, as the device is operated by two D Size batteries ( not included), guaranteeing more than 96h of uninterrupted work.
