Did you know that bergamot grows only in very few areas and the main one is the Calabrian coast? This rare fruit is rich in polyphenols, which benefit tissues and the circulatory system, and vitamins as well as having anti-stress and energizing properties.
Lately, the use of bergamot has grown a lot for the production of gin and soft drinks. The fruit puree concentrated of Italian bergamots is therefore a useful ingredient for many cocktails with an irresistible citrus scent and a bitter-sweet and citrus flavor.
