Air Foamer — The core of the kit. An aquarium-style airstone pump that introduces a continuous stream of fine air bubbles directly into the liquid, creating thousands of air–liquid interfaces per second — precisely where lecithin anchors and stabilises the foam structure. Töufood Soy Lecithin (75g) — The active ingredient. Each lecithin molecule is amphiphilic: one end attracts water, the other migrates toward air. When aerated, lecithin aligns at every bubble surface, forming a protective shell that prevents coalescence. The result: foam that lasts minutes, not seconds. Cold-soluble, works with juices, infusions, teas, broths, and fat-based liquids.
Cordless Frother Zokura with Metal Stand — The essential pre-aeration step. Undissolved lecithin doesn't work, regardless of how much you use. The frother ensures complete dissolution before the Air Foamer runs. Also the tool of choice for wet espuma textures, emulsions, and rapid on-demand service. USB-C rechargeable, includes metal bar station stand.
Hendi Digital Scale with Timer — Precision ±0.1g, capacity 3,000g. When working with gram-level quantities of foaming agents, small deviations change everything. The built-in 20-minute countdown timer supports timed infusions and prep workflows directly on the scale.
